Prunarbo offers a one-year limited warranty on all our power tools, batteries, and chargers, starting from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. If a defect is confirmed, Prunarbo will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product free of charge.

Who Is Covered?

This limited warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any subsequent owner, even if the product changes hands during the warranty period.

To claim warranty benefits, the original purchaser must provide:

• Proof of purchase (valid receipt showing date and place of purchase)

• Verification of the defect or malfunction (e.g., photos, videos, or diagnostic report)

Be Aware of Unauthorized Dealers or Sellers

This limited warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers. Prunarbo’s warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized dealers or official sales channels that comply with Prunarbo’s quality controls.

Products purchased from unauthorized sources may:

• Be counterfeit, used, or defective

• Not meet Prunarbo’s quality or safety standards

• Be incompatible with your country’s specifications

To ensure your warranty protection, always purchase from Prunarbo or its authorized dealers.

Conditions of This Limited Warranty

1. Registration Requirement

   • Register online within 30 days of purchase, or complete and return the warranty registration card (if provided).

   • Without registration, the standard one-year warranty applies.

2. Proper Use & Maintenance

   • The product, battery, and charger must not be abused, misused, neglected, altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized Prunarbo service center.

   • Unauthorized or improper maintenance, incorrect handling, or overloading is excluded from this warranty.

   • Damage from freight, freezing, accidents, foreign objects, or inappropriate substances is not covered.

3. Wear & Tear

   • Components subject to natural wear and tear during normal use in accordance with the operating instructions are not covered.

4. Usage Limitation

   • The product must not be used for trade, rental, or professional purposes (unless specified as suitable for such use).

5. Exclusions

   • Accessories supplied with the tool are not covered by this limited warranty.

   • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or without valid proof of purchase are excluded.

Warranty Claim Procedure

• Submit your registration document (if registered) or valid proof of purchase.

• Replacement tools provided under this warranty do not come with a new warranty. All repairs and replacement tools are covered by the original warranty period from the date of purchase.
