How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@prunarbo.com to initiate your return. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
- If the return is due to a product defect or issue, Prunarbo will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other return reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges
